£25,000 - £28,000 Depending on experience
Our client has established a niche well-trusted business hiring out essential soft furnishings/ consumables to a range of businesses in the hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, health spas and gyms and event organisers. They are expanding and are looking for a Bookkeeper to strengthen their team.
Key to this position is at least 2-3 years of working in a similar position. You will be expected to gain a quick appreciation of the business and a good understanding of the wide range of customers and their needs and build good relationships.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for:
- General bookkeeping duties
- Accounts Payable - sending out, recording and monitoring of statements and dealing with customer queries
- Accounts Receivable and Credit Control.
It is essential that you are highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel. It is desirable that you are also proficient on Xero.
